NEW YORK JEWELRY POLICY
NO REFUNDS!
• Exchange only within 10 days on unworn & unused jewelry. Must have a receipt.
• No refunds on custom orders.
• 10% fee on all canceled layaways.
• Picture I.D. is required for debit and credit card purchases. I.D. must be present!
• All layaways, repairs, cleanings, and custom orders left without a ticket for over 60 days will be seized and deposit will be non-refundable.
